The principle of drum granulator: the compound fertilizer granulation process of chemical reaction is completed in the tubular reactor by introducing steam, gaseous ammonia or adding phosphoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphoric ammonia slurry and heavy calcium slurry into the machine; Or the cold granulation process of compound fertilizer with a small amount of water. The material to be granulated through the rotating movement of the cylinder, rolling and rotating in the cylinder, under a certain humidity and temperature, the material is agglomerated into a ball, and the smaller particles in motion gradually form particles of a certain specification to complete the granulation process.

The working principle of the dry roller granulator: the dry powder material is added from the top of the equipment to obtain the granular product.

Precautions for the use of granulation equipment:

1. Pay attention to the temperature change of the fuselage at any time. When touching the strip with clean hands, it should heat up immediately. It is normal until the sliver touches the hand.

2, the reducer bearing part of the hand burning, or accompanied by noise should be timely maintenance, and add oil.

3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main engine bearing room are hot or have noise, stop the machine for maintenance and add butter. During normal operation, butter is added to the bearing chamber every 5-6 days.

4, pay attention to find out the operation law of the machine; For example, the temperature and speed of the machine can be handled in time according to the situation.

5. When the operation of the fuselage is unstable, attention should be paid to check whether the gap between the coupling device is too tight, and it should be loosened in time.
