Plastic granulator is suitable for the production of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, PMMA and other plastic regeneration and color mixing granulation. Working principle: After the plastic enters the screw from the hopper, it is transported forward through the friction between the inner wall of the barrel and the surface of the screw under the action of the rotating screw. In the screw feeding section, loose solid particles (or powder) are filled with the screw groove. With the continuous transportation of materials, the materials begin to be compacted. When the material enters the compression section, the depth of the screw groove gradually becomes shallower and the resistance of the machine head, so that the plastic gradually forms a high pressure and is further compacted. At the same time, under the action of the internal friction shear heat generated by the heating outside the barrel and the strong stirring, mixing and shear friction of the screw and the inner surface of the barrel, the plastic temperature continues to rise, and at a certain point in contact with the barrel, the plastic temperature reaches the melting point and begins to melt. As the material is transported and heated, the amount of molten material gradually increases, while the recording phase of unmelted material should decrease. At about the end of the compression section, all the materials are changed into viscous flow state, but at this time the temperature of each point is not uniform, and the homogenization effect of the homogenization section is relatively uniform. The rear screw squeezes the molten materials into the machine head quantitatively, at a constant pressure and at a constant temperature. The die in the machine head is a molding part, through which the material obtains the geometric shape and size of the cross-section, and then after cooling and shaping and other processes, the molded product can be obtained.
